During a day trip to the South Coast in Iceland, they took us to Seljalandsfoss Waterfall. This is a waterfall that you can go behind the water, because it was a cavern. I was prepared that I would get wet, but what I was not prepared for, was the level of physical exertion. There is a staircase that leads up to the cavern;s opening, but from there on, there are rocks to climb. Going down was ok, but the exit was a steep climb up some wet, slippery rocks.
