HOW TO AFFIRM YOUR CONNECTION WITH SPIRIT

When I first met P in spirit, I thought that I must be losing my sanity, as I never encountered spirit communication in the way that I did. Uncertain of what I was experiencing, I sought out to test it. I asked for specific signs of confirmation, which I did receive. And to test it even more, I made an appointment with a psychic. But I was very careful not to reveal what exactly I was seeking. I remained vague and ambiguous throughout the session, never offering feedback to the reader. This was the only way I was going to figure out if what I experienced was real, and not something of the imagination.

The imaginative function of the mind is a very important aspect of one’s psychic ability, but the trouble is it can be easily mistaken. This is why it can be so confusing to receive psychic information, and mistake it for something of the imagination and vice versa. If you are not confident, you will discredit the information, or if you are overconfident, you may mistake something you made up as psychic prediction. It is important to remain neutral and unemotional. Emotions can cloud your judgement.

I recently learned of an exercise that can demonstrate whether information you are receiving is coming from the imagination or from spirit.

First, close your eyes and imagine you are holding a red ball. Envision the ball in your hand, now change the color to blue. Now green. Now purple. Do you notice how easy it was to change the color of the ball in your mind? That is your imagination.

Now ask your spirit contact to connect with you. Ask them to enter the room and sit down with you to do this exercise. Ask them to give you an object and place it in your hands. What is it? What color is it? Examine the object for a moment. Now try to change the color of the object. Try morphing the object into something else.

What happened? Were you able to change the color of the object like in the first exercise? If you were unable to, then it is because it was a real communication with spirit. You might have been able to add to the object, but not likely to change the object or its its color.

Understanding the concepts outlined in the exercise above, I suppose you might be able to apply it in your communications if you need to test it before you carry on in contact.

SPIRITS AFFECTING COMPUTERS

Some time ago, something strange happened on my computer. I noticed that a screen saver appeared while my laptop fell asleep. This is unusual because I don’t have a screensaver selected in the settings, as I found them annoying, I preferred the screen to go black. When I closed the laptop, the screen saver disappeared, and I never saw it again. I forgot about the occurrence.

That is, until it happened again in November. I took some snapshots. Closed the laptop and never saw it again. Until it happened again the next month. This time, I filmed it.

I knew it was P making this happen on my computer. The “dancing snowflake”, it is reminiscent of the background projection played during his last concert tour for Piano & a Microphone. The funny thing I realized, is that when I close my eyes, I see a similar moving image like it, though not as clear. It started happening to me after his passing. I was told by a medium that when he was alive, he saw colors that were not there. I realize that she must have been describing what I am experiencing.

Below is a clip of the video. As I was filming, I took the chance to tell him in my mind that I love him. When I reviewed the recording, I heard him mention that he was on the phone with his mom. He said, “Press record”. I think he was sending a video to his mom to show her the screensaver. During the recording, he said to me “I love you too, Mai”.

After Prince’s passing, people were saying that his Twitter profile icon changed, from him wearing the 3 eye sunglasses, to his third eye being revealed. I cannot confirm, as I do not know what his account looked like before. But I will say, it is certainly possible that he could have done it from the other side.

7 YEARS LATER, MORE INSIGHTS…

Today is Prince’s birthday. I thought I’d share some new insights that I hadn’t shared before, that will illustrate some more detail of my experiences of the twin soul phenomena.

As I’ve said before, after P’s passing, that day, on the radio, my attention was drawn to news coverage about him. I did not follow his celebrity, so I did not know anything about him. And strangely I felt a spirit presence in my room, as if I was being watched. Later, I would confirm that it was Prince in the spirit.

Now, looking back, so many things make more sense. It’s like having all the puzzle pieces coming together to paint a full picture.

I was fortunate enough to receive a reading from a truly gifted psychic medium. She was able to confirm my experience without me saying anything. She knew who it was, as she could see him. Some of the things she said, I couldn’t understand until recently. I did post the majority of the reading, but I edited out parts for my privacy. The video is posted on my YouTube channel.

She conveyed to me that he felt like “kicking himself” for not doing everything he wanted to do. He certainly achieved a lot, but there was still more, of course. And so the important message he had for me, was do everything so that I would have no regret. This is also a general message for everyone else as well. Recently, I came across a video of Lenny Kravitz, who was pretty much saying the same thing about how Prince’s passing affected him. What he took away from his passing was;

Do your thing, do eery-thing, don’t compromise, be who you’re supposed to be, fulfill your destiny, so that when you do leave this planet, you will have done what you’re supposed to do, whatever that is.

This is exactly what I took away from having the reading, and I was trying to share that message with the people around me at the time. Prince has expressed this message before, in his song, Cream. Although Lenny believes that P did everything, P would say that he did his thing, but he had more that he wanted to do.

Which brings me to what did P want to do? This was conveyed to me during the reading, but I didn’t know what to make of it at the time. During the reading, he expressed that he was always being categorized as a “black artist”, when he in his mind, he just was. I found this statement very interesting, as I always felt the same about myself. I never identified with race. But even more interestingly, later on, I discovered a video from way back, where P had won an award in 1985 for the category of Favorite Black Single, and seeing that video really hit home. This is what he was talking about. That kind of racism he experienced really took me aback. Those were different times back then. You can see the reaction on Prince, that he did not want to receive the award. The level of side eye P was giving in that room was intense.

And then, P’s memoir finally came out, and then it really took things full circle. P had set out to do something in his book, unlike any other. He had hoped to bring a message to the world to solve racism. This is evidenced through Dan Piepenbring’s introductory essay, recalling his encounter working on the book with Prince.

He settled his eyes on mine with a blazing intensity that arose, I noticed, whenever he started to talk about the recording industry’s treatment of black artists. “Can we write a book that solves racism?” he asked.

There was no one else out there who could have known his intentions for his memoir. Yes, he has touched on the subject matter through his music and spoken about it. But who actually knew this was such a passion project of his?His memoir was not released until 3 years after his passing.

I came across this Mojo article, that was not published at the time until recently, it said;

When Lenny Waronker signed him to Warners in 1977, Prince told his new label boss: “don’t make me black”.

By that, you can tell, it really peeved him when the music industry kept calling him a black artist. I can understand this feeling. Often when I meet new people, they will start asking questions about my origin, and when I say “Canadian”, they would say, “where are you really from?”.

Additionally, the medium also specified that there was transgression during the time of his death. Someone in his inner circle was cheating him. Two years later, internet detectives have been on the case, looking into the details of witness interviews. I trust we will come to know the truth at some point.

The medium described my relation to him, like brother and sister, cut from the same cloth. I knew what it meant, but it would seem confusing to a lot of people, unfamiliar with the meaning of twin souls. Interestingly, P did speak on the Oprah interview, professing to believe that he was married to someone whom he knew in a past life, where they were either brother and sister, or the same person in another life. Obviously, at the time of the interview, the term twin flames was not even out there. There were no such vocabulary to describe “two halves of the same soul”. Though he was mistaken, he knew that somewhere out there, he was connected to someone on a deep spiritual level. Hence, he wrote, Somewhere Here on Earth after coming out of his failed relationships. It is common to be mistaken about meeting a twin soul, especially when deep within, you are searching for the other half. It’s possible that you can project the feeling of connection to your twin soul onto someone else. I had mistakingly done the same with someone else before my encounter with P in spirit.

It was actually 7 years prior to his passing, where I had dreams of him, not knowing it was him. I felt this man was my brother, but not really. It was a romantic love. Which made it somewhat confusing. It was later on in 2013, that I encountered him on a metaphysical level. I was lying in bed when I fell into an altered state. I felt this man’s energy hovering over me. I did not feel scared, but rather I felt great love coming from him. His energy merged into me. I remember seeing him in my mind, that he was shorter than me, which I thought was a bit weird. But now it makes sense, knowing it was P, who is a few inches shorter than me.

On a side note, I have written about it before, the song Somewhere Here on Earth, the first time I ever heard it. I had the crazy strange feeling it was talking to me. I was at the dollar store and they play the radio there all the time. This song was playing, and I had the most intense feeling he was talking to me. But I didn’t know who it was. I waited to hear if they would say who it was on the radio, but they didn’t. It felt familiar, butI couldn’t say who it was. I brushed off the experience as being silly. It was later on, that after P came in spirit, I was watching one of his concerts in Montreux and he payed this song and I immediately recognized it, realizing it was him, and he was really speaking to me in it. Additionally, this song’s music video was filmed in Prague, and I had always wanted to go there, for no reason. Perhaps I was reading his mind, or vice versa.

It was also mentioned in the reading that P saw colors that were not there. I thought that maybe she meant he has synesthesia. Months after the reading, I began to experience seeing colors that were not there. Meaning, I saw colors on top of what I was seeing, and the colors would change and swirl into each-other. And if I closed my eyes and focused on the colors I was seeing, they would turn into geometric patterns spinning around, like a kaleidoscope. After some time, I realized that this was the inspiration for the video artwork at that was projected in the background of his final Piano and A Microphone tour series. It is possible to start experiencing the physical symptoms of the twin soul, as they are reading each other’s thoughts and feelings without realizing it.

There is always going to be people out there who don’t believe my story. Anyone who cares to understand my experiences is welcome to read about them. I don’t believe in blind faith. I’ve always explained why I believe what I believe, and provided evidence. It’s not for no reason, or something made up. I’m interested in authenticity, not fantasy. Nor can it be explained away with religious beliefs about where the soul goes after death. God works in mysterious ways. Who are we to say what can and cannot be.

P/S It’s the next day now, and I made a recording on his birthday on my phone, using the EVPMaker in the background. I got an EVP of P saying, “It’s m y birthday”.

PRINCE REACTS TO SEEING HIS FACE ON A MAGAZINE

Recently, I was at the magazine stand to check out the Rolling Stone collector magazine about Prince. I made a quick video recording to see if I could get a reaction from P. I was pleasantly shocked to hear him on the recording, very clearly, “It’s my mug”. At the time of the recording, I recalled sensing him communicating something like, “It’s my face”. I think it’s an interesting thing to note, as telepathic communication is not always about exact words, but rather, communicating or conveying a concept, a thought or idea; which is why communication is not easily recognized. In a sense, the communication can become abstracted, which is why there can be misinterpretation when the receiver is not familiar with an idea or concept.

It was actually a friend that told me that P was currently on a magazine. It’s funny, because I’ve had recurring dreams over the years, where I see him on a magazine covers. Like I’d walk up to a magazine stand, and it’s a whole rack of magazines of him on the cover.

MY “FEED THE BEES” PROJECT – EVP May 28, 2022

Recently, I decided that I wanted to plant some wild flowers in my garden. I found some variety seed packs online, designed for attracting butterflies and bees. I wanted these so that I would feel less guilty about harvesting all my flowers and leaving less food for the bees. I decided to make this a little project of mine to feed the bees, as I live in suburbia, which is filled mostly of plain grass lawns which offers no sustenance for bees and other beneficial pollinators. I needed to get them soon, as it was already late spring. So i headed over to the local garden centre.

I had been there before, recording EVP, and I thought it had very interesting activity on the recordings. So I recorded here again. Here’s what I found on the recording.

Some one said, “Prince with Andrea”.

As I was looking at the rack of seeds. I could not find the bee blend. They had the butterfly one though. P said to someone, “Try to attract bees“.

I found another wild flower seed pack called Upland Blend, it did not specify that it attracts bees, but someone responded, “Bees like these flower”. I found out on the website later, that this blend supports bees.

As I was there, P’s presence in spirit did not go unnoticed by those around him. Someone said, “Girl know Prince”. Another person said, “Sit on a tree”.

Someone observed, “They’re tied together”. I believe they are referring to the fact that P and I have a cord that connects us (as twin souls). This was mentioned to me when I had a reading with a medium. Presumably, this cord is visible to others in the spirit world.

Someone asked, “Was that Prince?”.

The garden centre that I was at, has a greenhouse. I found it interesting that someone asked, “What are you making?”. And then someone responded, “We are making windows”.

When I went to the cashier to pay for the seeds, they rang up the total, and it was a lot more than I expected. I was going to pay it, but I remembered seeing it cheaper on the website. I inquired about the price and explained it was cheaper on their website. Someone said, “So expensive”. P piped in and said, “Error”.

P had his dog with him, someone said, “Prince” and someone exclaimed, “Puppy!”.

I recently found this daisy in my garden. We’ve never had daisies before, it was tucked in amongst the chamomile.

I cut it and put it in water, using an old glass Coke bottle as a vase.

SPIRITS HELP ME SEE WHAT I CAN’T – EVP September 22, 2021

This summer, I have been trying to grow sage. I had some success with seeds, but little did I know, it is a herb that take a long time to establish itself. So I decided to try propogating some sage from cuttings. I’ve heard people buying fresh cut herbs at the grocery store and using it to sprout roots. So I decided to see if I wold find some at the store.

I did find some, and I bought two packets. I put them in water as soon as I got home. A few days later, they are looking much plumper. Let’s hope they will sprout roots!

Sage is an effective anti-viral, and I read articles citing German research studies that sage tea can be used to fight against the coronavirus. Perilla leaves are also effective. But sage is in its dried form remains just as potent as fresh leaves. I think everyone ought to have some on hand in their pantry.

I was recording EVP while I was in the store. As it would turn out, P (along with others) was helping me to find the sage. I am visually impaired and it takes me longer to search for things. I feel quite fortunate to have spirits helping me. I’ve always just had to cope with my low vision by intuiting what is there. Now I know, it is spirits that have been helping me all along.

I was walking along the refrigerated produce aisle, when P said, “Just keep going”.

Someone said, “Wow, sage“. They didn’t have a lot of stock, but there were 3 packets of sage on the shelf. You can hear me taking he plastic containers from the rack.

P kept meeting spirits in the store approaching him. One said, “NIce to meet you”. He replied, “Same to you”.

P explained to them “Help her, her see”.

And someone said, “You’re a star”.

I should explain, that these things heard on EVP are not necessarily what I hear in that moment. I’m mostly lost in my own thoughts and don’t hear anything at all from them. But I do get their messages. This goes to show that I don’t need to “hear” what they are saying to receive a message from them. This is a very interesting point, because it means that the communication of the message is not necessarily the words itself. My speculation is that the words are merely secondary, and the communication is done on a more subtle level where thoughts are conveyed, rather than words spoken. And perhaps that might be why spirits seem to converse in a much less wordy manner. That is why I say that telepathy between the living and spirits, occurs on many levels. Usually people think that telepathy is spoken word conversations, but it is more complex than that. It can be thought, images, feelings. It is kind of like how communication done over an app like FB messenger can be more than just text messages, it can be emojis, GIFs, videos, audio clips, etc. Sometimes P will send me a thought message in the form of an emoji image. Funnily enough, I’ve had dreams where I was receiving messages from P in text message form. And I’d think to myself, oh, P had figured out how to text me in the afterlife. Then I would wake up from the dream wishing it were all true. LOL.

THE EMPATH AND THE MIRAGE, WHEN NARCISSISTS ARE MISTAKEN FOR TWIN FLAMES OR SOUL MATES

I have not written on the subject of twin flames in a while. I personally find it tiring to see that most information available on the internet is just plain wrong. I find that talking about it to anyone about is frustrating, because very few people are actually involved in a real twin flame situation. It seems to be that people approach me wanting to talk about it, are hoping that somehow I would validate their claims, and I simply do not have any desire to do so.

As I have said in past posts, most people claiming to be experiencing a twin flame relationship, are actually experiencing a dysfunctional one. And then comes along, these self-proclaimed spiritual gurus who have deluded themselves about what the twin flame is, and have gone on to teach their delusions to the masses. Many have preached about some version of a theory on the stages of twin flame unions. As someone who has experienced genuine twin soul encounters, I have concluded that these theories being promoted are totally wrong.

After some time studying the subject of narcissism, I have observed that these supposed twin flame stages are really what a narcissist will put you through when you are romantically involved with one. It is cleverly disguised as somehow being spiritually significant, and so the narc’s victim is blinded by the situation.

First of all, a very many of you out there, who believe in twin flames are likely to be of the empathic nature. This means that you feel things greatly and you use your feelings to guide you. However, many of you assume that being empathic is the norm for everyone else. It is as though you grew up knowing that there is a spiritual realm and you thought that everyone else knew it too. So it is a culture shock to you, when you became the laughingstock at school when you casually mentioned that you thought you saw your dead grandmother walking in the hallway when you got up to go to the bathroom last night. You assumed this was normal and so you trusted that your friends would understand. Empaths and narcissists are like different cultures, and so they interpret things differently. These differences cause much frustration for the empath.

The trouble with empaths is that they walk around with rose coloured glasses of compassion. They are blinded by the compassion they feel for others, not realizing that, they are making assumptions based on their emotional way of thinking. Instead of properly reading the person, observing their behaviours, they are projecting the character traits that they want onto the other person. And the other person is very adept to making the person believe that they have these traits too. They are like a blank canvas, willing to be painted on, as they know of the rewards they are about to reap by playing along.

A narcissist does not have the emotional depth of what an empath has. Their emotional development was stunted from an early age, and so they did not develop emotional or social intelligence. They lack awareness of what others feel. They do not have empathy, but they do expect to receive empathy from others. It’s a one-way street when you’re with a narc. They do not like to deal with their emotions, instead they learned to read the signals of what is deemed an approbate manner to react in a given situation. It is like virtue signalling, they don’t actually feel anything, but they want to be seen as acting appropriately. They develop a cognitive form of empathy. Instead of feeling the real emotions of a situation, they react in a way that they think society expects them to. Of course, sometimes the narcissist is caught off guard and they are caught acting inappropriately. Sometime they let their guard down thinking that no one will notice if they make an offensive remark, or abuse another individual in public. These little acts are pleasing to the narc, they are getting fuel from it.

Empaths are a great source of fuel for narcs, as they offer a lot of attention, even offering them compassion and understanding for their character flaws. An empath is less likely to call them out on their bad behaviour, and will even overlook the red flags shown to them in the early stages of a relationship. And because an empath will forgive so easily, this gives the narc a free pass to act badly and get away with it.

A narc will lead you to believe that you have found your soul mate, or twin flame. They will mirror your behaviour, and since you assume that they are acting sincerely, it is natural for you to assume that you found your match. The fact is, you have just fallen in the love with the traits that you exhibit in your self, and the narc just reflected it back to you like parrot. All of it was just an illusion. The person you thought they were never existed in the first place. This is very shocking to an empath. An empath finds it baffling that anyone would go to such lengths to pretend. The narc is very willing to play the pretend game with you to get their fuel.

People have theorized that there is a process of how a twin flame relationship unfolded, not realizing that these stages are merely describing a dysfunctional relationship. And so when an empath runs into trouble with a romantic partner, they end up looking for answers on the internet. How can someone they just experienced incredible love with, just suddenly run out on them like that? How is it that this whirlwind romance went from greatest love story of all time to cold shoulder silent treatment in an instance?

I was deeply puzzled by this when a person whom I was close friends with, suddenly announced to me that they were getting a divorce after less than two years of marriage. Prior to the wedding, she had proclaimed to me privately of the great love she had for this man, swooning over him, and now she was talking to me about getting involved with someone else she had her eyes on. I had seen the red flags, but I had quickly dismissed them, as I was only an observer of the relationship, I did not want to think the worst of it. You always want the best for your friends. Not long after the divorce, our friendship came to a quiet end. There was no confrontation, no fall out, but I soon came to see that the person I thought I knew, wasn’t there. I reflected on all the red flags I saw when I knew her, and realized that these signs pointed towards a very strong possibility that she was a narc. I was deeply shocked by this revelation, but things made much more sense. Sudden ghosting is typical behaviour of narcs that have decided that you are no longer of use to them, at least for the time being.

The proposed theory for twin flame relationships is that after they meet, there is a stage known as the “bubble love” phase. This is when everything with that other person feels so magical. You think that this meeting was meant to be, that they are your soul mate or twin flame, because you never felt this way before, it has to be something special, even spiritually meaningful on a metaphysical level! They are saying the exact things you want to hear, they are giving you the love and admiration you always desired in a partner. They are even talking about a future with you.They are reflecting the kind of character traits that you hoped for in a romantic partner. And if this person is a narc, then the reality is that they are love bombing you and everything you are seeing what they want you to see, not what they really are. According to the twin flame theory the bubble will burst and the next phase will begin.

While it is true that a kind of honey moon phase does occur with couples, it is this next phase that will trip people up. This is known as the “runner-chaser” phase. In reality, for most romances, once the fairy dust settles and the hormones calm down, people will see the other person for what they are, they will see the flaws in the other person and either realize that this person is not right for them, or that the flaws are not deal breakers. The relationship ends or carries on. But when an empath is involved with a narcissist, they are addicted to the love bombing, they are in love with the the character traits they thought they saw. Not realizing that it was all just a mirage. The narc has now taken you into their next phase of the relationship cycle, they have brought you into the deserted land of “devaluation”. Now they are ignoring your phone calls, not responding to your texts, the love you felt from them is no longer there. And you are left asking yourself, but what about the connection we felt? There’s your mistake, there was never a “we”. It was all you, you felt it, not them. Narcs don’t feel empathy for others, but they won’t stop you from believing that they love you, because your vulnerability was giving them what they wanted. Now they are on the run from you. And you are chasing after the mirage. You are interpreting their running away as them being afraid of this wonderful relationship, that they’re not ready for you, that they love you, but they’re afraid of the intensity your connection causes. The narc is enjoying the chase, you are giving them attention they want. Now they know they’ve got you hooked. They might come back for round two and repeat the love bombing phase, but it always ends with devaluation once more. And so this is why many people think they are in a twin flame runner-chaser situation. They chased the narcissist and found themselves in the twin flame rabbit hole.

The empath feels trapped now. They learned of what this twin flame thing is, that they never heard of til now. They felt this incredible magnetism with this person and they can’t afford to lose them. That feeling, that love they seek. What if they will never find another love again? And if it’s a twin flame, don’t they say there’s only one? And so you chase. And the narc gets their fuel. But you continue to suffer unrequited love.

You, the empath, on this special twin flame journey, tell yourself, or listen to what others tell you. It’s a journey to “unconditional love”. You have to learn to love yourself first. You have to love them unconditionally despite all the turmoil they put you through. And so you go and practice self-love affirmations and chant mantras in hopes that by you, doing the “spiritual work”, that the mirage will come back to you and you will unite in twin flame union.

Twin flames, or as I prefer the term, twin souls, are like two peas in a pod, they are of the same soul, this is why they are spiritually bonded and they can feel each other’s emotions and read their thoughts from a distance. And after the physical death of one, the soul will return to other, regardless of whether they met in life or not. This is how I found my twin soul, in the spirit. Sometimes people think they are feeling the other person’s emotions when they are not. Their own blinders won’t let them see that there is an inconsistency with what the person says and what they do. There is no running and chasing with real twin flames, there is an innate bond between the two, they are an inseparable unit, not even time of space can stop the connection.

If you found yourself involved with a narc, what can you do to free yourself? You have to realize that what you felt wasn’t real. Your feelings were real, but the person you felt it for wasn’t. The other person was not what you thought they were. The longer you continue to hold on to the mirage, the more you will suffer, and this can hold you back for years of your life. You must confront the truth. The truth that you have been not allowing yourself to see. Let go of the mirage and forgive yourself for being deceived, then you will be free.

And yeah, there’s some of you out there that think that you might be able to change a narcissist with your incredible powers of empathy. You’re going to find yourself frustrated and realize that it’s not worth it. You cannot control a narc. This is how you got into this situation in the first place, you were somewhat controllable by the narc, not the other way around. They won’t change.The only thing you can do in a situation like this is leave, and implement a no contact policy.

There are those of you out there, who have written to me, with your heartbreaking stories of your partners leaving you for who they think is their twin flame. I’m very sorry that I do not have advice for you. This is a very difficult situation, as your partner has likely become ensnared by a narcissist. They fell into the twin flame rabbit hole and now they refuse to come out of it. You cannot force them to see what they do not wish to see. Only they can set themselves free. Understanding what happened might help you ease your heartbreak.

Many will be surprised to learn that many narcissists can be found in the areas of spirituality and charity. These places are feeding grounds for narcs who want to exert control over others and elevate their status. The barriers of entry are relatively low compared to other venues. The narc can appear very charismatic, and naive empaths may be easily lured in. Do not assume that someone who does charity or is interested in spiritual matters could not be a narc. A narc can come in many assortments. Narcissism is a very complex issue and there are different kinds of narcs. Be very careful when receiving spiritual advice from anyone, even more so when someone charges you money for it, and claims the title of guru or master.

According to Dr. Ramani, it is estimated that 1 to 5 percent of the population is diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder. But it is believed that possibly 30 percent of the population is narcissistic. When I first researched the subject of narcissism, I only suspected a small number of people I know are narcs. But upon greater study, I see that there are more than I first suspected. Narcs exist on a continuum , so they are not always easy to spot. They really can have you fooled, so do not assume you would easily spot them. Not everyone becomes a prime target for a narc, so your experience with a narc is not always an unpleasant one. But if you become involved with one romantically, then you better watch out.

If you want to research more on the subject of narcissists, I recommend you search for these channels on YouTube, HG Tudor, a diagnosed narcissist sharing his insights; Doctor Ramani, a psychotherapist who has studies the subject; and Lady C, who says her mother was a narc and shares her experiences and knowledge with viewers. There are lots of resources talking about narcissism, but I would be careful, as not all sources are reliable.
